Vintage, pre-owned, used sterling silver concho with prong backings. I believe this style of attachment is called a split rivet. See ruler for size, measures approx. 1". It is marked sterling. Beautiful pico edge and hand engraved. Please expect to see slight wear. Polishing is up to the buyer.
