Item Description:
This auction is for an old small diecast bank. It is marked Mercantile Co op Bank on the front and back sides. The bottom is marked Property of the Mercantile Co-op bank, NY City. The bank stands about 3.75" tall. The base is 5" wide by 2.75" deep. The bank shows some wear and tarnish. The top coin slot looks to have been pried up in several places, you can see where it is bent up some (see pics 8 & 9). I do not have a key for the lock. There seems to be a couple pieces of change rattling around inside.
