Vintage Antique Kodale Cermaic Copper Double Throw Switch
As found. The ceramic block was designed up to a double pole switch but this unit is a single pole double throw with 1 extra terminal on the other side.

The block is embossed on the back side with Kodale 124 as shown.
Very old.
