Unusual Antique Bausch & Lomb 365 Twin Lens Microscope for Restoration or Parts

Very unusual microscope with one viewing lens and two magnifying lens positions.  Missing all glass lenses.  Adjustments on both of the center lens holders but both are stuck and need repair.  Black finish shows some wear but in good condition overall.  Dent in top viewfinder holder tube as well.  I have no idea what to call this model.  Reverse stereo microscope maybe.  Feel free to let me know what it is.  Sold as-is for parts or restoration only.
