    True size is just a bit under 17 inches:
    16 7/8" x
    12" x
    6 7/8" to the widest part where the metal rolls on the edges.
    15 7/8" x
    11" x
    5 3/8" inside the base. Inside the lid is an extra 1 1/2" inside the document box.
    Opens and functions. Handle securely attached. Interior is scuffed but not rusty. Rusty exterior. No key.
    Original distressed condition.  Hinges work well.
    This is the largest of three and the rustiest.
