These are the eyepiece protective covers for the M22 military issued binoculars. They are black rubber / plastic, and are brand new and sealed directly from the military. The eyelens cover part number is 12950939 and the NSN (military part number) is 6650-01-367-8916. This is the exact issued part for the Fujinon (Fuji) as well as the Steiner models. I also found several references to them being used with the M24 series.
